I've signed up, where is my password?
You password will be emailed to you once you create an account. Please make sure that you use a valid email address. After logging in, please go to My Accounts to edit your password.
I forgot my password.
No problem, it happens. You can request for a new password here. Enter your username or email address that you use to register the account and your new temporary password will be send to your email in no time.
I forgot my username.
If you remember the email you used to register the account, you can request for a new password here and your login details, including your username, will be emailed to you.
How do I change my email address?
Go to My Accounts, click on Edit, and enter your new email address. Remember to Submit so that your new email address will be recorded.
How do I change my password?
Go to My Accounts, click on Edit, and enter your new password. Repeat to confirm. Remember to Submit so that your new password will be recorded.
How do I change my personal information?
Go to My Accounts, click on Edit and make changes to the information you want.
How do I delete my account?
Go to My Accounts, click on Edit and than click on Delete My Account. Is there anything we can improve further? Please let us know by sending us a message here.
I deleted my account, but didn't really want to! What do I do?
I am afaid that account deleted cannot be retrieve. You will need to create a new account. In view of this, please consider carefully before you delete you account.
I can't log into my account.
If you have forgotten your username or password, please go here to request for a new password. Your login details, including your username and a temporary password, will be emailed to you.
I think my account has been compromised , What can I do?
You can either choose to change your password or delete your account and register for a new one.
